UCPath has completed general ledger (GL) updates associated with the UC Davis and UC ANR transition to Oracle Cloud Financials.
Transactors may now view/submit funding entries, salary cost transfers, benefits cost transfers and budget distribution transactions.
UCPath is planning to implement the changes below in the December monthly release. Most changes will be visible on Thursday, January 4, 2024.

The UCPath General Ledger (GL) modules will be unavailable to all UC employees during January 2024 to support UC Davis’s and UC ANR’s transition to the Oracle Cloud Financials system.
Other system modules (Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Workforce Administration, etc.) will not be affected.
