The new Salary Cost Transfer Tool is live and UCPath General Ledger pages are now available. Please clear your browser's cache before logging into UCPath.
On November 1, the UCPath Center (UCPC) notified us regarding missing comp time accrued (CTA-Comp) and terminal vacation pay (TRM) adjustments for 369 UCLA employees.
No action is required at this time. Do not submit cases for this issue. UCPC will follow up with the affected employees directly.
UCPath is planning to implement the changes below in the October monthly release. Most changes will be visible on Monday, November 6, 2023.
The Miratech Tracker I-9 Rome Release features enhancements to the form and dashboard, updated functionality, and fixed issues.

On October 10, UCPath notified 500 UCLA employees via targeted mass email campaign regarding unsubstantiated Flexible Spending Account claims.
To resolve unsubstantiated claims, employees must submit the necessary documentation directly to WEX, UC's FSA administrator.
