General and Employment Liability (GAEL) charges that utilized the new Salary Cost Transfer (SCT) tool from November 13, 2023 through January 31, 2024 were incorrectly applied to federal funds. The issue has been resolved and no departmental action is required at this time.
Update: As of 4/11/24, UCPath completed a mass benefit cost transfer to rectify past discrepancies.

During the week of March 26, some current and separated UCLA employees were erroneously mailed a collection notice from Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast). Learn more.
Employees received an alert from the UCPath Center advising of employee records and contingent worker records with an "Expected Job End Date" of March 31, 2024.
To avoid unintended impacts, employees are asked to review job records with upcoming end dates and determine the required action by March 31.
A new registration link is available for the UCLA Tracker Administrator office hours, which are held on Wednesdays from 2-3 p.m.

UCPath is experiencing a processing delay of salary cost transfers (SCTs) that were submitted and approved as of 8:00 p.m., on Monday, February 19.
UCPath is planning to implement the projects below in the March 2024 release. Most changes will be visible on Monday, March 11, 2024.
