UCPath Online Appointment Scheduling Tool Retiring September 4

On September 1, the UCPath Center sent the following alert.

In our continued effort to improve the support experience, UCPath has expanded the tools available to help resolve questions more quickly and efficiently. These enhancements have increased our service capacity and made it easier for employees to access timely assistance without needing to schedule an appointment.

As a result, after September 4, 2026, UCPath will discontinue the online appointment scheduling tool in the portal. September 4 will be the last day employees may schedule an appointment using this tool.

Employees will continue to have access to several support options including:

  • Callback: The phone system allows employees to save their place in line and request a callback when a UCPath associate becomes available. This option typically provides a faster response than an online appointment. During peak volumes, callbacks may be completed by the end of the business day
  • AI self-service: Employees can use our AI-powered virtual assistants and smart knowledge bases to resolve issues without needing a live conversation. Available AI tools include PathPal in UCPath online and Autopilot in the phone system
  • Text message support: Employees using the Autopilot system may choose to receive a text message (SMS) with links to resources that may help answer their questions
  • Live chat: Employees can receive real-time assistance without waiting for an appointment time
  • Job aids: Employees whose first language is not English can use the following job aids for help translating UCPath resources with Google Translate:

As always, employees can also submit an inquiry through UCPath.

We will share these options through a notice in the UCPath portal. We appreciate your partnership as we continue to enhance service efficiency, availability and the overall employee experience.
