UCPath recently launched new Ask UCPath features. Employees no longer have to select a topic and category when submitting an inquiry. Additionally, they can now reopen previously closed inquires and self-close inquiries when assistance is no longer needed.

General and Employment Liability (GAEL) charges that utilized the new Salary Cost Transfer (SCT) tool from November 13, 2023 through January 31, 2024 were incorrectly applied to federal funds. The issue has been resolved and no departmental action is required at this time.

Transactors may now view/submit funding entries, salary cost transfers, benefits cost transfers and budget distribution transactions.
The UCPath General Ledger (GL) modules will be unavailable to all UC employees during January 2024 to support UC Davis’s and UC ANR’s transition to the Oracle Cloud Financials system.
Other system modules (Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Workforce Administration, etc.) will not be affected.
The UCPath Center reported an issue with the Pay Period End Date generated on December off-cycle requests (E078) for monthly employees.

The UCPath Center reported a phishing campaign that coerces UC employees to enter their credentials onto a fake UCPath webpage.

On November 1, the UCPath Center (UCPC) notified us regarding missing comp time accrued (CTA-Comp) and terminal vacation pay (TRM) adjustments for 369 UCLA employees.
No action is required at this time. Do not submit cases for this issue. UCPC will follow up with the affected employees directly.

On October 10, UCPath notified 500 UCLA employees via targeted mass email campaign regarding unsubstantiated Flexible Spending Account claims.
To resolve unsubstantiated claims, employees must submit the necessary documentation directly to WEX, UC's FSA administrator.
