On November 1, the UCPath Center (UCPC) notified us regarding missing comp time accrued (CTA-Comp) and terminal vacation pay (TRM) adjustments for 369 UCLA employees.
No action is required at this time. Do not submit cases for this issue. UCPC will follow up with the affected employees directly.

On October 10, UCPath notified 500 UCLA employees via targeted mass email campaign regarding unsubstantiated Flexible Spending Account claims.
To resolve unsubstantiated claims, employees must submit the necessary documentation directly to WEX, UC's FSA administrator.
A new Salary Cost Transfer (SCT) tool is coming on November 13, 2023, that will streamline the process, resolve existing defects and provide improved data accuracy.
In preparation for the change, location transactors must approve or deny any pending direct retro and funding transactions by November 3, 2023.
The UCPath Center reported an issue with the Pay Period End Date generated on September off-cycle requests (E078) for monthly employees.
Certain payroll adjustment transactions are backlogged due to unanticipated vacancies and volume. The UCPath Center will reassign resources to address the backlog and expects to reduce it by 50% within 90 days.
UCPath will be unavailable for all UC employees on Sunday, September 10 as UCPath completes critical security updates.
