On June 26, we received the following alert from the UCPath Center.
UCPath discovered an issue that causes the word “name” or a blank field to display in the Name field for certain Smart HR template transactions.
Impact
The error occurs on template transactions that were either:
- Saved via the “Save for Later” feature prior to the system cutover; or
- Locally approved and submitted to UCPath prior to the June 16, 2023, deadline; or
- Canceled and subsequently cloned after the June 20, 2023, release.
Action Required
Review the following actions based on the applicable scenario:

You have a template transaction that was saved, but not submitted, prior to June 16, 2023. |
Do not submit the saved template. Create a new template transaction. |
You submitted a template transaction prior to June 16, 2023, and it was locally approved prior to the system cutover. These transactions are now in the UCPath Center WFA Production processing queue. |
No action required. UCPath Center will manually update these transactions to display the correct information in the Name field. |
You submitted a template transaction prior to June 16, 2023, and it was canceled (i.e., denied by UCPath Center WFA Production). |
Do not clone this template. Create a new template transaction. |
