The second program of the fiscal year-end funding rollover will initiate on June 27, 2023.

During that time, please do not enter or update funding on the UCPath Funding Page. You can resume these transactions after the funding rollover completes on June 29, 2023, at 12:00 p.m.

Note: Some funding entries will not roll over.

What Your Department Needs to Do

The UCPath Center provided a list of funding entries that will fail the rollover process without your intervention. It also has explanations for why the funding entry will not roll over. You may review the list on Box.

  • We encourage all departments to review this list and fix the funding entries that will fail rollover. 
  • If these are not fixed before June 28, future funding for these positions will be charged to your department suspense FAUs until a new funding entry is put in place.

UCPath Blackout Jun 16-19

The UCPath system will be unavailable to all UC employees from Friday, June 16, 3pm to Monday, June 19, 9pm while UCPath implements updates to support UC’s gender recognition and lived name policy.
