FYE Funding Rollover Program 1 Review
The first program of the fiscal year-end funding rollover will initiate on June 23, 2023.
During that time, please do not enter or update funding on Multiple Components of Pay (MCOP) positions. MCOP positions are defined as positions funded from at least one contract or grant fund where the employee is paid more than the fund’s cap. You can resume these transactions after the funding rollover completes on June 26, 2023, at 12:00 p.m.
Note: Some funding entries and MCOP worksheets will not roll over.
What Your Department Needs to Do
The UCPath Center provided a list of funding entries and MCOP worksheets that will fail the rollover process without your intervention. It also has explanations for why the funding entry/MCOP worksheet will not roll over. You may review the list on Box.
- We encourage all departments to review this list and fix the funding entries/MCOP worksheets that will fail rollover.
- If these are not fixed before June 23, future funding for these positions will be charged to your department suspense FAUs until a new funding entry is put in place.
