Overpayment Statement Notification Error Resolved
On March 16, the UCPath Center (UCPC) resolved the overpayment statement notification error and notified 980 UCLA employees via targeted mass email.
On March 13, UCPC distributed the following notification to UC Locations.
UCPath Notice: Overpayment Statement Notification Error
The UCPath Center identified an issue that resulted in some employees receiving erroneous overpayment statement notifications.
- Please disregard overpayment statements with an issue date of March 1, 2022.
- Do not submit a case regarding this issue — UCPath is working to identify and notify the affected employees via targeted mass email.
- The notification error did not impact the monthly post-doctoral overpayment statement process which began in October 2022.
NOTE: Employees who resolved prior overpayments may have received an erroneous notification.
