New NDA Requirement for UCPath Access

Dark blue tile

The UCPath Center recently modified as well as added security roles, allowing users to access additional UCPath pages.

Given the sensitive nature of the data captured on these pages extending to lived and legal names, all new employees provisioned any UCPath access must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

What We Need from DSAs & New Employees

Starting today, March 1, DSAs are required to send the DocuSign NDA link to new employees prior to provisioning them any UCPath access.*

  • New employees will need to provide their DSA with proof of their signing (DocuSign email confirmation).
  • DSAs must ensure they receive this proof before granting access.

Additional information, including a process map and a link to the NDA, can be found on our UCPath NDA Requirement web page.

What About Existing Employees with UCPath Roles?

Existing UCPath users with any type of UCPath access will also need to sign the NDA.

This effort will be handled by our office rather than DSAs. A campaign to support this new requirement is TBD.
