The UCPath Center reported a phishing campaign that coerces UC employees to enter their credentials onto a fake UCPath webpage.

If you receive a suspicious email, do not click on any links, open any attachments, enter any credentials, or reply to the email. Please contact security@ucla.edu and report it to your IT team.

Tracker I-9 authorized users may not provide Form I-9 copies to any campus department, auditor, or other agency. 

If you are being audited and the agency (internal or external to UCLA) requests a copy of an employee’s Form I-9, create a case.

On October 27, the UCPath Center sent out the following open enrollment notice to all UC employees.

On Friday, November 17, Open Enrollment ends at 5:00 PM.

On November 1, the UCPath Center (UCPC) notified us regarding missing comp time accrued (CTA-Comp) and terminal vacation pay (TRM) adjustments for 369 UCLA employees. 

No action is required at this time. Do not submit cases for this issue. UCPC will follow up with the affected employees directly.

On October 10, UCPath notified 500 UCLA employees via targeted mass email campaign regarding unsubstantiated Flexible Spending Account claims.

To resolve unsubstantiated claims, employees must submit the necessary documentation directly to WEX, UC's FSA administrator.

A new Salary Cost Transfer (SCT) tool is coming on November 13, 2023, that will streamline the process, resolve existing defects and provide improved data accuracy. 

In preparation for the change, location transactors must approve or deny any pending direct retro and funding transactions by November 3, 2023.

Certain payroll adjustment transactions are backlogged due to unanticipated vacancies and volume. The UCPath Center will reassign resources to address the backlog and expects to reduce it by 50% within 90 days.

UCPath will be unavailable for all UC employees on Sunday, September 10 as UCPath completes critical security updates.

Effective July 25, 2023, an updated Disability Self-Identification form will be available to UC employees via UCPath self-service and to applicants via Candidate Gateway.

UCPath discovered an issue that causes the word “name” or a blank field to display in the Name field for certain Smart HR template transactions.

You may now enter/update funding on Multiple Components of Pay (MCOP) positions. The next program of the funding rollover process begins on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 8:00 a.m.

Please do not enter/update funding on Multiple Components of Pay (MCOP) positions.

By June 27, review and fix funding entries that will otherwise fail the 2023 Fiscal Year-End Funding Rollover Process.
