Person Organizational Summary Displays Future-Dated Organizational Relationships
Exciting news! UCPath recently launched an update to the Person Organizational Summary page, which allows provisioned UCPath users to view an individual's UC Employee or Contingent Worker assignments.
In addition to current job data, Person Organizational Summary now displays future-dated assignments in the search query and employee details page.
This highly-anticipated enhancement provides clearer insight into upcoming hires and FTE changes, which will reduce errors and make managing concurrent hires simpler.
Person Organizational Summary can be found under Workforce Administration in UCPath and may be used to review an individual's assignments (such as an employee job or contingent worker assignment) across the UC System.
The search query displays a list of the individual's UC relationships. Current and future-dated assignments are included in the search results.
Users may expand any record to view more information about the individual's assignments, such as Effective Date and Payroll Status. Records with the most current activity for each instance type will be displayed by default. Users may select View All to be directed to a page lists all of the individual's UC assignments.
