Planned enhancements to UCPath eForms were delayed on May 29, 2026 following a brief anticipated outage window. eForms remain available, and a new implementation timeline will be announced soon.

When deployed, the updates will deliver improved usability, enhanced accessibility, and a more streamlined user experience.

A new UCPath Mass PayPath template is now available. Be sure to download the updated version, which includes the Dot Line field, to prevent upload errors and processing delays.

Note: UCLA provides internal templates for submitting Mass Funding Entry, Regular Time Entry (I‑181), and Flat Dollar Amount (I‑618) files to the Central Resource Unit (CRU). See our knowledge base article: How to Find Mass Template.

UCPath has introduced new enhancements to Extended Absence transactions, improving notification visibility and data accuracy. Updates include expanded push back notifications and new validations for the Last Day Worked field.

Concurrent Hire Smart HR templates will be updated on May 1, 2026, to remove the Personal Data tab. This change improves data integrity and shifts personal data updates to appropriate channels. No action is required; updated job aids will be released soon.

UCPath PayPath transactions now display a new Dotted-Line Report field, which should be left blank by campus transactors.

To improve performance, the UCPath Off-cycle Dashboard no longer displays a default list. Please search using an Employee ID or Transaction ID. 

Additional enhancements are under review.

Beginning in April 2026, the process for repaying Fidelity 403(b) loans will change. UC will no longer deduct loan repayments from employee paychecks after the April 1, 2026, monthly and April 8, 2026, biweekly paychecks.

Beginning November 17, 2025, employees who have recently updated their direct deposit information may receive an automated call confirming the change.

Effective January 2026, UCPath will update the process to deduct benefit premiums during the current coverage month.
