To ensure that employees who are retiring on July 1, 2023, receive a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA), they must be terminated and have at least a one-day break in service.

Extended Absences Incorrect Balance Display

The UCPath Center (UCPC) identified an issue on the “Extended Absence” page that is causing transactors to see an inaccurate display leave balances. We've created a Jira to track this defect.

  • The issue may affect employee FMLA/CFRA eligibility during extended absence requests. Transactors may use overrides to complete an extended absence request if FMLA/CFRA eligibility is affected.
  • Do not submit requests for accrual updates. The balances will display correctly once this defect is resolved. UCPC will provide an update when available.
