USCIS is extending the validity of Permanent Resident Cards (PRC) by 48 months after the card’s expiration date for petitioners who properly file: Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, or Form I-829 Petition by Investor to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status.

On February 23, the UCPath Center contacted 5,031 UCLA employees regarding UCPath dashboard display error. Note: The error did not affect pay.
All new employees provisioned any UCPath access must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
USCIS began issuing the redesigned cards on January 30, 2023. Some PRC and EADs issued after January 30 may sill have old design, however they are still valid.
Effective February 13, individuals must provide a Tracker I-9 course completion certificate BEFORE Department Security Administrators (DSA's) can grant access to the Tracker I-9 system.
Current and former employees may access their 2022 W-2 form online via UCPath. The online forms are also available to employees who requested to receive a paper form.
As of Janaury 19, the UCPath Center corrected accurals for 145 UCLA academic employees who worked less than a full-time equivalent (FTE) and had erroneously reduced vacation accrual maximums.
The UCPath Center identified an issue preventing submission of Pay for Family Care and Bonding leaves for employees who previously had a PFCB balance.
Due to the holiday campus closure, we updated our mass pay file deadlines for the last two December 2022 pay periods.
