PayPath Lockdown

BW: Sep 20-23 | MO: Sep 22-27

To avoid delays in payroll processing, the UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages during payroll processing from Tuesday, September 20, 5PM, through Tuesday, September 27, 6AM.

Refer to the UCPath Production Processing Schedule for start and stop times of the Pay Confirm.

I-9 Processing Procedures

Sep 22-23, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

As a reminder, we offer an I-9 Processing Procedures class to help users understand the procedures for completing the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9 Form). This class is valuable to employees with new responsibilities in this area, but it can also be used as a refresher for veterans.

Note: You must attend both days of class to receive Tracker I-9 system access.

UCPath Notice: Verify Your Supplemental Health Plan Enrollment Data

To ensure a smooth transition of Aflac data into the UCPath system, the UCPath Center (UCPC) requested that UC employees verify their personal information by September 30, 2022. UCPC sent a targeted mass email to 2,609 UCLA Campus employees and 2,043 UCLA Medical Center employees.

Direct Retro Processing Schedule 2022-2023

The UCPath Center recently updated the Direct Retro Processing Schedule. This schedule outlines when direct retros must be approved in order to be picked up and posted to the Labor Ledger. It also identifies when you can expect to see the approved direct retros in the Labor Ledger and, subsequently, in the General Ledger.

CNA Recognition Lump Sum Payments

On September 2, the UCPath Center sent a message to 2,700+ UCLA career nurses regarding the CNA Recognition Lump Sum Payments associated with the Unit/UC collective bargaining agreement.
