BW PayPath Lockdown: Sep 6-9
To avoid delays in payroll processing, the UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages during payroll processing from Tuesday, September 6, 5PM, through Friday, September 9, 6AM.
Refer to the UCPath Production Processing Schedule for start and stop times of the Pay Confirm.

For bi-weekly paid employees, there are two times a year when flat dollar deductions are not deducted from your paychecks.

CRU Case Submission Unavailable - 8/29
On August 29, we were notified that our case submission forms are temporarily unavailable.
- This issue only impacts your ability to create a case with CRU.
- Employees and administrators may continue to submit cases to the UCPath Center.
Our IT team is working diligently to resolve the issue, and we will send a communication as soon as it is resolved.

Direct Retro Processing Schedule 2022-2023
The UCPath Center recently updated the Direct Retro Processing Schedule. This schedule outlines when direct retros must be approved in order to be picked up and posted to the Labor Ledger. It also identifies when you can expect to see the approved direct retros in the Labor Ledger and, subsequently, in the General Ledger.
July 2022 through September 2022 dates are now available in this knowledge base article.

Monthly Pay Confirm Completed
The Pay confirm for the 220831M0X pay cycle was temporarily delayed, however, monthly pay confirm processing was completed on August 26. You may resume Pay Path and Position Management transaction processing for monthly employees and Mass Pay Path processing for both biweekly and monthly employees.
