To avoid delays in payroll processing, the UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages from Tuesday, November 14, 5PM, through Friday, November 17, 6AM.

2023 Year-End Overpayment Recovery Deadlines
Friday, November 17, 2023, is the deadline to submit UCPath adjustment requests for overpayments that occurred in 2023. The UCPath Center provides this guidance on an annual basis for administrators who may need to assist employees with the Year-End Overpayment Recovery effort. UCPath General Ledger and Funding News
UCPath GL Outage November 6-13
UCPath's General Ledger (GL) modules will be unavailable from Monday, November 6, at 12:01 AM until Monday, November 13, at 12:01 AM, to support the implementation of the new Salary Cost Transfer (SCT) functionality.
Our Salary Cost Transfer Project Team will offer Post-Go Live support with office hours on Tuesdays, starting November 14 through December 12. Next week, we will release more details and the registration link.

Get 2023 Tax Forms Delivered Electronically
The University of California will spend over $500k annually to mail paper 1095-C, W-2 forms and paychecks. By promoting electronic delivery, you can help the UCPath Center distribute pay and important tax documentation efficiently and securely in the new year.
In UCPath select Employee Actions > Income and Taxes and choose the applicable option(s) below:
- Online 1095-C consent (deadline to elect electronic delivery: January 1, 2024)
- Enroll to receive online W-2 (deadline to elect electronic delivery: January 12, 2024)

2023 Winter Holiday Closure Reminder
The Winter Holiday Campus Closure Period for UCLA will be from Saturday, December 23, 2023 through Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
- December 25-26, and January 1-2 will be paid holidays
- December 27, 28, & 29 will be unpaid holidays
NOTE: Most UC locations elected to use December 29 as a paid holiday instead of January 2. While December 29 is reflected as a paid holiday in the UCOP 2023-2024 Holiday Calendar, we confirm January 2 will be a paid holiday and December 29 will be an unpaid holiday for UCLA staff. This update is reflected in UCTRS.

As of November 1, the UCPath Center (UCPC) identified missing comp time accrued (CTA-Comp) and terminal vacation pay (TRM) adjustments for 369 UCLA employees.
