We recently received further guidance from University of California Office of the President (UCOP) and Office of the General Council (OGC) that new I-9 forms will also be required for Emeriti that were previously hired in appointments with pay. 

 

Due to a technical error, UCPath has requested that work-study SCT transactions on reversal checks be paused through September 30, 2024.

A special protocol is required for submitting off-cycle pay requests for bi-weekly paid employees near quarter end (June 26 - July 1).

UCPath recently launched new Ask UCPath features. Employees no longer have to select a topic and category when submitting an inquiry. Additionally, they can now reopen previously closed inquires and self-close inquiries when assistance is no longer needed.
