Salary Cost Transfer Project Launched November 13, 2023
The new Salary Cost Transfer Tool is live and UCPath General Ledger pages are now available. Please clear your browser's cache before logging into UCPath.
We'd like to remind you of an upcoming system outage for UCPath General Ledger (GL) modules that will occur while the new Salary Cost Transfer (SCT) functionality is implemented.
UCPath GL modules will be unavailable from Monday, November 6, at 12:01 AM through Monday, November 13, at 12:01 AM.
Any pending Direct Retro and funding transactions must be approved or denied by this Friday, November 3, 2023.
Outage Details
Time
Monday, November 6, at 12:01 AM - Monday, November 13, at 12:01 AM.
Impact
GL modules in UCPath will be unavailable.
Other system modules (Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Workforce Administration, etc.) will not be affected.
Transactor Actions
Review pending Direct Retro and funding transactions by November 3, 2023.
UCPath will cancel pending Direct Retros and funding entries submitted after this date. Transactors will be notified of any canceled transactions.
How Can I Prepare?
The new Salary Cost Transfer tool will go live on November 13, 2023.
