UCPath transactors with Inquiry or Approver roles will be able to access a new Workforce Administration navigation tile called Manage Human Resources beginning November 25, 2024.
The Organizational Relationship sub-tile (under Manage Human Resources) may be accessed in view-only mode. This tile displays information similar to the Person Organizational Summary page in UCPath. The data displayed on the Organizational Relationship page is currently view-only for those with Workforce Administration (WFA) Inquiry, Initiator, and Approver roles; no actions can be taken beyond viewing the Empl Record details.
The Manage Human Resources tile update is part of the UCPath Job Data Modernization effort. UCLA has postponed the full implementation of this project to a future UCPath release. We will update you when a new timeline has been decided.
