Your Next Path

It's time to get ready for the next round of UCPath enhancements! The UCPath March 2024 Release will launch the following updates on March 11, 2024:

Employee Case Assist

UCPath has developed a new employee case submission form that's taking the guess work out of Ask UCPath! Starting March 11, a topic, category, and subcategory will be automatically assigned to your question based the information you enter. You'll get helpful suggestions for related resources too.

The March Release will also update the Ask UCPath landing page to display both open and recently closed cases. Accessing your cases will be easier than ever!

Note: The Submit an Inquiry on Behalf of (SOBO) Employee case submission form is not changing at this time.

PUM Upgrade

UCPath will be updating to PUM 47, the most current supported PeopleSoft HCM Software. This update will include a MuleSoft upgrade (MuleSoft 4.4) and a migration of GoAnywhere hosting to Amazon Web Services (AWS). No significant user interface changes are expected.

Automate Disability Reinstatement

UCPath is working to reduce manual work and errors related to voluntary disability plans. Employees who return from approved leaves of absences will have their voluntary disability plans automatically reinstated, when applicable.
