To avoid system timeout issues when working in a PeopleSoft view tab, close your UCPath Portal view tab (i.e., the tab that opened when you initially signed into UCPath).
Take Action Quickly
Failure to respond to timeout warning messages displaying in a UCPath Portal tab will result in all UCPath tabs timing out. The timeout windows can be found below:
- PeopleSoft View: 1 hour
- UCPath Portal View (e.g., View W2, View Paycheck): 20 minutes
- Portal Dashboard: 1 hour
