BW PayPath Lockdown: Oct 4-7
To avoid delays in payroll processing, the UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages during payroll processing from Tuesday, October 4, 5PM, through Friday, October 7, 6AM.
Refer to the UCPath Production Processing Schedule for start and stop times of the Pay Confirm.

I-9 Processing Procedures

As a reminder, we offer an I-9 Processing Procedures class to help users understand the procedures for completing the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9 Form). This class is valuable to employees with new responsibilities in this area, but it can also be used as a refresher for veterans.
Note: You must attend both days of class to receive Tracker I-9 system access.

UCPath Notice: Vacation Maximum Balance for Part-Time Academic Employees
The UCPath Center identified a defect that reduced the vacation accrual maximum balances for academic employees who work hours less than a full-time equivalent (FTE).
- The error impacted monthly academic employees during the pay period ending July 31, 2022.
- UCPath created jira UCP-121022 to track the defect and will update accruals to resolve the issue.
Please do not submit requests for accrual updates related to this issue.

Direct Retro Processing Schedule 2022-2023
The UCPath Center recently updated the Direct Retro Processing Schedule. This schedule outlines when direct retros must be approved in order to be picked up and posted to the Labor Ledger. It also identifies when you can expect to see the approved direct retros in the Labor Ledger and, subsequently, in the General Ledger.
July 2022 through December 2022 dates are now available in this knowledge base article.

Range Adjustment Discrepancies
The UCPath Center (UCPC) identified an error that impacts the October 1, 2022, ladder rank faculty range adjustment. UCPC is working on a resolution.

Salesforce Case Email Error
On September 17, the UCPath system erroneously generated emails related to old Salesforce Cases. Subsequently, the UCPath Center contacted 2,098 UCLA Campus employees and 1,649 UCLA Med Center employees regarding the notification error. You may disregard emails as no further action is necessary.
UCPath Fax Number Change
UCPath is discontinuing fax number 1-951-697-6839 effective September 30, 2022. Please send all fax correspondence to the published UCPath toll-free fax number 1-855-982-2329.
Next Steps:
- Remove fax number 1-951-697-6839 from fax cover sheets, letterhead, public websites, etc.
- Inform external agencies to use the published UCPath fax number 1-855-982-2329
