BW PayPath Lockdown: Aug 9-12
To avoid delays in payroll processing, the UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages during payroll processing from Tuesday, August 9, 5PM, through Friday, August 2, 6AM.
Refer to the UCPath Production Processing Schedule for start and stop times of the Pay Confirm.

Direct Retro Processing Schedule 2022-2023
The UCPath Center recently updated the Direct Retro Processing Schedule. This schedule outlines when direct retros must be approved in order to be picked up and posted to the Labor Ledger. It also identifies when you can expect to see the approved direct retros in the Labor Ledger and, subsequently, in the General Ledger.
July 2022 through September 2022 dates are now available in this knowledge base article.

The UCPath Training Team updated Absence Management (ABML201: Employee Accrual Adjustments) on the UCPath Help Site:
- Job Aid: Accrual and Leave Accrual Service Credit Processing Guide for Locations
- Added text to clarify actions for Accruals not calculating correctly (rehired retiree sick balances, adjustments for settlement agreements, incorrect vacation factoring and PTO / Vacation balance transfers).
