A new UCPath Mass PayPath template is now available. Be sure to download the updated version, which includes the Dot Line field, to prevent upload errors and processing delays.

UCPath has introduced new enhancements to Extended Absence transactions, improving notification visibility and data accuracy. Updates include expanded push back notifications and new validations for the Last Day Worked field.

Tracker I-9 authorized users may not provide Form I-9 copies to any campus department, auditor, or other agency.
If you are being audited and the agency (internal or external to UCLA) requests a copy of an employee’s Form I-9, create a case.
In the Tracker system, terminated employee I-9s have a Purge status. It is the responsibility of departments to verify the validity of this status and request an I-9 be officially purged once the purge date requirement is met.
UCPath PayPath transactions now display a new Dotted-Line Report field, which should be left blank by campus transactors.
To improve performance, the UCPath Off-cycle Dashboard no longer displays a default list. Please search using an Employee ID or Transaction ID.

Users may experience slowness when accessing the Off‑cycle Dashboard. UCPath is implementing a system fix and will notify users when updates are available.
