The UCPath system will be unavailable to all UC employees during June 2023 while UCPath implements updates to support UC’s gender recognition and lived name policy.
Outage Dates and Times
- Friday, June 16 at 3:00pm until Monday, June 19 at 9:00pm
Need a reminder? Check out this event and save on your calendar.
During the outage, you will not have any access to UCPath. This means you will not have access to:
- View or download pay statements
- View leave balances
- Employee self-service actions, such as signing up for direct deposit or electronically enrolling in benefits because of a qualifying life event
Reports using UCPath data will only be current as of the time that the outage begins. Data will be refreshed when the system is back online.
Tips: How to Prepare for the Outage
- View and print paystubs prior to the outages if you will require copies of your pay statements.
- Download an electronic copy of your W-2
- Get employment verifications in advance.
- Run reports that are based on UCPath data prior to each outage.

During the outage, the UCPath Center is available to assist with questions related to benefits, including providing forms for benefits enrollment for new hires, and registering a qualifying life event (e.g., marriage, birth of a baby).

- Submit a case 24/7 by logging in to your UCPath account and ask questions using "Ask UCPath Center" or use the UCPath online live chat feature, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm (PT).
