Help Shape the Future of Final Pay
The Improve Final Pay project seeks to streamline UCPath final pay processing by leveraging native system functionality. Phase I launched last December and added important fields to the Payroll Request transaction screen.
What Comes Next?
Phase II of the project is currently underway with a tentative fall 2023 launch. It will introduce a Final Pay Dashboard designed to improve cross-campus transparency and reduce overpayments.
How Can I Get Involved?
Help us capture UCLA’s complex final pay business processes and workflows! If you process terminations (voluntary and involuntary) and understand how your department manages final pay when an employee has more than one job in UCPath, complete our 3-minute survey by March 10 at 5pm.
NOTE: The survey will also ask if you’re interested in participating in our focus group (a 2-hour time commitment).
