PayPath Lockdown

BW: Aug 22-26 | MO: Aug 24-29

To avoid delays in payroll processing, the UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages during payroll processing from Monday, August 22, 5PM, through Monday, August 29, 6AM.

Refer to the UCPath Production Processing Schedule for start and stop times of the Pay Confirm.

I-9 Processing Procedures

Aug 25-26, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

As a reminder, we offer an I-9 Processing Procedures class to help users understand the procedures for completing the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9 Form). This class is valuable to employees with new responsibilities in this area, but it can also be used as a refresher for veterans.

Note: You must attend both days of class to receive Tracker I-9 system access.

Direct Retro Processing Schedule 2022-2023

The UCPath Center recently updated the Direct Retro Processing Schedule. This schedule outlines when direct retros must be approved in order to be picked up and posted to the Labor Ledger. It also identifies when you can expect to see the approved direct retros in the Labor Ledger and, subsequently, in the General Ledger.


July 2022 through September 2022 dates are now available in this knowledge base article.

Academic Apprentice Personnel Training (Grad Division)

As initiators and approvers it is important that the data you enter on employees' UCPath records is accurate and in conformance with UC Policies, Procedures, and applicable State Laws. This course will include information regarding Staff Programs and Employee Groups.

UCPath Notice: Duplicate Employee Deductions

The UCPath Center (UCPC) identified issues with duplicate United Way donations that were processed during the monthly 220731M0X cycle. On August 12, UCPC contacted 189 UCLA employees regarding the duplicate deductions and indicated that refunds will be processed by September 1.
