BW PayPath Lockdown: Jan 10-13

To avoid delays in payroll processing, the UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages from Tuesday, January 10, 5PM, through Friday, January 13, 6AM.

Refer to the UCPath Production Processing Schedule for start and stop times of the Pay Confirm.

Take a moment to remind employees to update their delivery method (they have until January 13 at 5pm). We know you're busy, so we did the heavy lifting for you - simply forward the following: 

I-9 Processing Procedures

Jan 26-27, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

As a reminder, we offer an I-9 Processing Procedures class to help users understand the procedures for completing the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9 Form). This class is valuable to employees with new responsibilities in this area, but it can also be used as a refresher for veterans.

Note: You must attend both days of class to receive Tracker I-9 system access.

Direct Retro Processing Schedule 2022-2023

The UCPath Center recently updated the Direct Retro Processing Schedule. This schedule outlines when direct retros must be approved in order to be picked up and posted to the Labor Ledger. It also identifies when you can expect to see the approved direct retros in the Labor Ledger and, subsequently, in the General Ledger.

July 2022 through March 2023 dates are now available in this knowledge base article.
