Other Updates & Reminders:
- Updates to the PLUAT testing database
- PLUAT (UT2) will be transitioned to the project stack and dedicated to performance testing for March, July, and Nov yearly releases.
- Location testing activities will be transitioned to PUAT (UT1).
- RIUT2 will be moved from PLUAT to PUAT and available for location testing.
- Based on the feedback from locations, this transition is postponed from October to Dec 2023. This transition will be completed by the end of Dec 2023.
- The Location Support Site will move to the cloud Monday December 11, 2023.
- The new link is https://ucofficeofthepresident.sharepoint.com/sites/UCPathLocationSupport.
- The existing location support site will become read only Friday December 8 at 5pm.
- Starting Sunday December 10, links from Sharepoint on premises will redirect to SharePoint Online.
- SharePoint will not be down during this migration

There are different types of concurrent jobs
- Dual employment: an employee has multiple jobs at the same location, and the FTE is above 1.00 but does not exceed 1.20
- Transactions for dual employment scenarios must include an approved Dual Employment form with the template transaction.
- The form ensures receipt of local approvals and FLSA exempt status.
- Non-dual employment: an employee has multiple jobs at the same location, and the total FTE does not exceed 1
- The Dual Employment form is not required
- Multi-location Appointments: an employee has multiple appointments at different locations but does not exceed 1.00 FTE
- Transactions that will create or modify a Multi-location Appointment must include an approved MLA form with the template transaction.
- The form ensures both locations are aware of the appointments and confirms FLSA and exempt status
