PayPath Lockdown
BW: October 17-20 | MO: October 24-27
To avoid delays in payroll processing, the UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages from Tuesday, October 17, 5PM, through Friday, October 27, 6AM.

Unsubstantiated Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Expenses To Be Taxed
On October 10, UCPath notified 500 UCLA employees regarding unsubstantiated Flexible Spending Account claims. To resolve unsubstantiated claims, employees must submit the necessary documentation directly to WEX, UC's FSA administrator. Benefits Billing Schedule Change
Beginning January 1, 2024, UCPath will change the schedule for invoicing employees for benefits when they are on unpaid leave. This change does not require any employee action.
What is changing?
- Currently, UCPath sends benefits billing invoices to these employees one month in advance.
- Starting January 1, 2024, UCPath will send benefits billing invoices for the current month.
