On June 30 we received the following alert from the UCPath Center.
Fiscal year 2022 composite benefit rate (CBR) cost recovery forms are due to UCPath by Friday, July 8, 2022. Cost recovery forms submitted after this date without necessary justification will post to the 2023 fiscal year. Requestors must use the FR.019 Cost Recovery Form to submit requests to UCPath for reimbursement of employer-paid payroll and benefits-related expenses.
Each submission must include:
- Documentation showing the expense transactions posted to the general ledger
- Approval signature confirming the accuracy of the expenses requested for reimbursement
- Only those expenses eligible for reimbursement, such as employee award programs, incentive award program payouts and paid family care and bonding earnings
UCPath shared the due date for submissions and form requirements at the General Ledger meeting on April 5, 2022. For additional questions, please contact your location controllers’ office. Controllers with questions may reach out to UCPath Finance.
