On July 8, we received the following alert from the UCPath Center.
NOTE: We updated the original communication for clarity.
The UCPath Center (UCPC) identified a system error which prevented a significant number of One-Time Payments and Manage Accrual transactions from being processed during the biweekly 220625B1X cycle (PP: 6/12-6/25; Check Date: 7/6).
How Will This Be Corrected?
UCPC will implement a central fix to correct this issue on behalf of your department. Impacted employees with missed pay will receive an off-cycle payment with a target date of Wednesday, July 13.
Do I Need to Do Anything?
You do not need to take any action. If your department resubmitted any transactions, please do not reach out to UCPC or cancel the transaction. UCPC will be comparing pending transactions with the list of unprocessed One-Time Payments and Manage Accrual transactions.
