On April 28, the UCPath Center sent the following notice to 212 UCLA Campus employees and 9 UCLA Medical Center employees to complete their Out-of-State Income Tax Withholding eForm.
UCPath records indicate your state tax withholding currently reflects California and an additional state. To ensure that your tax profile is updated to reflect the state where you earn compensation, please submit the Out‑of‑State Income Tax Withholding eForm by May 31, 2022.
Note: Your state tax profile will default to California if we do not receive an Out-of-State Income Tax Withholding eForm by the deadline.
