On February 11, 2026, we received the following alert from UCPath.

Following an upcoming UCPath security enhancement, users must update any bookmarks or links to the “Ask UCPath” functionality. Previous links will no longer work as of Friday, February 13, at 9 pm.

• On the UCPath Homepage, users will continue to access “Ask UCPath” directly through the yellow button as always without interruption.
• However, if they have bookmarked or linked to the help function directly, they must update the link to https://ucpath.my.site.com/askucpath.

Previous links to https://ucpathsupport.force.com/askucpath will direct the user to an error page following the update. 

Please update any existing bookmarks or links to the new URL.
