UCPath will host two webinars to highlight the capabilities of the UCPath Metrics Dashboard. The webinars will provide participants with:

  • An overview of the dashboard
  • A review of each display
  • An explanation of how/why to use each metric
  • A step-by-step explanation of how to export the underlying data

Did you know? 

Once UCPath provides resolution to a case, the submitter will receive an email notification that the case may remain open for five days with a "Pending Closure" status.  

  • If the submitter agrees with the resolution, no further action is needed. The case will be automatically closed after five days, and they will receive an email notification.
  • If the submitter does not agree with the resolution or needs more time to review, they can follow these steps within 5 days of receiving the email to keep the case open:
    • Access the case via Ask UCPath (UCPath online)
    • Add a comment with details
    • Click on “Submit comment to UCPath”
    • Select “Please Keep Case Open” from the pending closure status drop-down
    • Click save
