Other Updates & Reminders:
Four new location inquiry roles were delivered on November 4, providing view-only access to various pages within the AWE, Benefits, GL, and WFA modules. The roles are:
- ULSHR_AWE_CONFIG_INQ
- ULSHR_BN_CONFIG_INQ
- ULSHR_GL_CONFIG_INQ
- ULSHR_WFA_CONFIG_INQ
A new job aid is available with detailed screenshots for each page.
SCT
- The new salary cost transfer (SCT) tool launches on November 13, 2023. During cutover weekend, November 9-12, UCPath will cancel pending direct retro and funding entries and notify location teams about the canceled transactions.
- While the existing direct retro tool will remain active for updates to records entered before October 4, 2021, transactors must enter payroll data after October 3, 2021, utilizing the new salary cost transfer tool.
Did you know?
UCPath deactivates systemwide general deductions, additional pay, stipends, and active direct deposits 60 days after termination for employees without active appointments.
- The deactivations do not apply to garnishments and locally managed deductions.
