UCPath Enhancements August 4, 2023

UCPath recently implemented the below changes.

Added a “Roth contribution feature” to both the 403(b) and 457(b)	08/01/23
Updated the eForms to allow Postdoctoral employees who missed their period of initial eligibility enrollment to use eForms to submit their enrollments/modifications/cancellations	08/02/23
Updated the benefits eForm to include options for medical residents and graduate students to enroll in flexible spending accounts	08/02/23
Added eligible postdoctoral employees to the weekly COBRA files sent to WEX	08/03/23
Created a family member eligibility verification file that captures all newly enrolled dependents	08/03/23

Changed the output of the new hire pilot project audit reports to be distributed per role in Report Manager	08/02/23
Modified the personal data change template to include persons of interest (POI)	08/02/23
Developed an Excel to CI for a mass update to the telework tables	08/02/23
Resolved an issue preventing EmplIDs from carrying consistently from the Person Org Summary page to the Job Data page	08/02/23

Accrual balance and service credit issues can be submitted to UCPath by different methods.

Open a case for:

Payouts or transactions not posted, including Comp Time payout, Vacation payout or reversals
Missing accruals due to pay frequency changes
Original hire date updates, corrections, or changes
Settlement agreements

Submit an eForm for:

Transfer of balances- moving vacation to a PTO balance (or vice versa) due to an Eligibility Group change
Moving Postdoc Sick to regular Sick due to an Eligibility Group change
Post doc entitlements if the anniversary date was not updated
Prior State Agency service credit processing
Vacation Max Override and PTO Overrides to allow over the max accruals
Medical Resident entitlements if hired after the entitlement date
