On December 14, we received the following alert from the UCPath Center.
The UCPath Center reported an issue with the Pay Period End Date generated on December off-cycle requests (E078) for monthly employees.
What’s happening?
When initiating these requests, the Pay Period End Date and Earnings End populate with 12/27/23 (rather than 12/31/23). This is a known issue, and the UCPath Center has provided a workaround.
What’s the workaround?
- Enter earnings dates 12/1/23 to 12/27/23 in the Earnings Begin and Earnings End fields of the off-cycle request.
- In the comments section, provide the remaining earnings for 12/31 (as applicable).
