UCPath Notice: Monthly Pay Confirm Completed (220430M0X)
On April 25, the UCPath Center completed monthly pay confirm processing. You may now resume PayPath and Position Management transaction processing for monthly employees and Mass Pay Path processing for both biweekly and monthly employees.
BW PayPath Lockdown: May 3-6
To avoid delays in payroll processing, UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages during payroll processing from Tuesday, May 3, 5PM, through Friday, May 6, 6AM.
- Refer to the UCPath Production Processing Schedule for start and stop times of the Pay Confirm.

July Retirements and Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA)
To ensure that employees who are retiring on July 1, 2022, receive a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA), they must be terminated and have at least a one-day break in service.
- Use the UC-Retirement Template to separate these employees with an effective date of 6/30/22.
- Their last day on pay status would be 6/29/22 which would then cause a break in service on 6/30/22.

Important Change to Your 2021 UC DepCare FSA Contribution
On April 15, the UCPath Center contacted 282 UCLA Campus employees and 42 UCLA Medical Center employees regarding a change to their 2021 contribution to the University of California Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DepCare FSA).
