On November 20, 2025, we received an alert from UCLA Digital Technology & Solutions (DTS) regarding a Campus Network issue that affected multiple services, including systems hosted in the campus data center. DTS reports that services are recovering; timely updates can be found on DTS' system status page for this issue.
We've received reports that this disruption may have affected some payroll actions:
- Mass Pay Files submissions through CRU Salesforce may resume. The deadline of 10:00 a.m. this morning has been extended through 2:00 p.m. today, 11/20.
- TRS actions have been restored. Please observe any deadlines occurring today, 11/20.
DTS is investigating the root cause of the Campus Network issue.
