2025 Winter Holiday Closure Payroll Deadline Reminders

During 2025 UCLA Winter Holiday Curtailment, Payroll Partner will have limited staff available from Dec. 24, 2025 through Jan. 2, 2026. The office will be closed Dec. 24-25, Dec. 31, 2025, and Jan. 1, 2026, in observance of holidays.

Important Deadlines

  • The UCPath blackout period for both Monthly and Bi-weekly processing is from Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, through Friday, Dec 26, 2025.
  • Expedited Pay Cards will be processed through Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, at 10 a.m. PT.
  • Mass PayPath MO and BW submission deadline is Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, at 10 a.m. PT.

Pay period ending Dec. 20, 2025:

  • The Bi-weekly Mass Pay Files deadline is Friday, Dec. 19, 2025, at 10 a.m. PT.
  • The Bi-weekly Mass Pay Files correction deadline is Monday, Dec. 22, 2025, at 10 a.m. PT.

Pay period ending Dec. 31, 2025:

  • The Monthly Mass Pay Files deadline is Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, at 10 a.m. PT.
  • The Monthly Mass Pay Files correction deadline is Friday, Dec. 19, 2025, at 10 a.m. PT.
