As mentioned in our Fall Hire Quick Reference Guide, UCPath will have a new Mass Hire Template effective Friday, October 1, 2021.
- On 9/14/2201, we received the following update from the UCPath Center regarding the plan to implement new Mass Hire Templates.
UCPath is making enhancements to the E-346 Mass Hire Template that will be available for use effective Friday, October 1, 2021.
UCPath cannot accept files between Tuesday, September 28, 2021, and Friday, October 1, 2021, to allow sufficient time for processing and preparation for this migration.
The enhancements enable users to include the following data when submitting mass hire files:
- Job Earnings Distribution
- Cubicle
- Person Profile Data:
- Oath & Patent
- Degrees, Licenses & Certifications
- Specialty Codes
- UC Employee Experience Information
- Employer Name
- Start & End Date
- Job Title
- UC Relevant Experience & Service
The updated template addresses the following change requests:
