October Release Summary

UCPath is planning to implement the changes below in the October release. These changes will be visible on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.

Absence Management

Summary

Creating 2023 and 2024 leave accrual calendars, calendar groups, and pay periods for monthly and biweekly pay periods

Updating absence management to only allow one vacation payout transaction when there are multiples with the same begin earning date

Payroll & Compensation

Summary

Creating the adoption assistance and corresponding dependent earning codes

Workforce Administration

Summary

Making updates for the unknown selection so that the data can be used for reporting within the reporting instance database

Fixing the future-dated disclosures (UC_E030_FUT) program to update all union related disclosure questions

Fixing an issue on the hire/rehire template to retain data when using the "Save for Later" functionality

Adding the custom cubicle field, UC_CUBICLE, in the UC_EMPL_PRB_DTL record so it can be reported in the I-254 union roster. Increased the mobile phone length to 20 characters to allow for additional data such as country code
