UCPath Notice: Off-Boarding Changes for Terminated Employees

On December 2, we received the following update from the UCPath Center.


The UCPath Center previously announced that it would begin deactivating systemwide general deductions, additional pay, stipends and active direct deposits after 60 days for terminated employees without active appointments. UCPath will implement the process update on December 5, 2022.

  • The process change does not apply to garnishments and locally managed deductions.
  • This update aligns with UC policy and best practices and ensures more accurate and up-to-date employee records.

 

Please share as appropriate throughout your location and ensure that transactors who submit pay and general deductions via interface files or UCPath pages are aware of this change.
