Reminders
As we approach the end of the year, it is important for employees to review their information. Employees should verify their address, paying special attention to ensure that building, unit, or apartment numbers are not missing or incomplete, as this can affect the delivery of their tax statements.
Employees have the option to enroll to receive their W-2 and 1095-C forms electronically. The deadline to opt in for electronic W-2 statements and 1095-C forms is January 2, 2026.

There is weekly maintenance on UCPath each Sunday from 12:01 am - 6:00 am PT.
During this time, employees cannot access UCPath to complete online activities. Locations will be notified of any special planned maintenance that is outside of the weekly planned maintenance schedule.
