UCPath recently implemented the changes below. This information below is condensed for UCLA.

Update Staff Physician Pay Group list of eligible titles. The UCOP Systemwide Compensation Programs and Strategies unit added a new level for Physcn SHS Mgr 3. Accordingly, job code 000588 was assigned to the new position.	10/01/21

Completed the October 2021 ASE & GSR Academic Range Adjustment	10/05/21
Resolved the issue causing concurrent hires to add an incorrect compensation row	10/06/21

The termination date is system derived

The termination date is the last day the employee was on Active HR status
It is located on the Work Location tab in Job Data after a retirement template is processed
The Termination Date can be the last day worked but not always
- The dates between the last day worked and Termination Date can be covered by sick leave, vacation leave, or approved LOA
The termination date is the date transmitted to RASC/Redwood and converted into the Separation Date in the members’ Redwood records

- Workforce Administration (WFA215: Mass Hires):
  - UCPath Job Aid: Complete the CSV File Templates for Mass Hires
    - Updated job aid with new fields and compensation guidelines for using MCOP/JED with Mass Hires
    - Incorporated text from WFA215: Mass Hires web course (UCPC_PHCMWFA215)
  - WBT: Mass Hires
    - Web course UCPC_PHCMWFA215 is being retired. This course was removed from UCLA's UC Learning Center/LMS instance.
    - In the analysis of training materials for this update, we found the majority of the course content was already present in the existing Complete the CSV File Templates for Mass Hires job aid. A small amount of content from the web course, specifically “When to Use Mass Hires” and “When Not to Use Mass Hires,” was incorporated into the job aid.
