Migrated new custom GL Table into UCPHRPRD (Production). 

1. Create Table PS_UC_E034B_10860 - Internal work table for the cleanup of the In_PROCESS_FLG = 'Z' to 'R'. 
2. SCI will run an INSERT Script to populate the new table with rows from the UCI, UCSD, and UCLA locations. The rows will represent Paycheck Distributions that need to be corrected in the Phase I and Phase II correction steps.
