Other Updates & Reminders:  

UC Hastings College of the Law is now UC College of the Law, San Francisco, or UC Law SF for short. The College will change email addresses from @uchastings.edu to @uclawsf.edu on July 21, 2023.

  • Messages sent to the former Hastings domain email address will forward to the new UC Law SF domain email domain
  • Update distribution and contact lists with the former email addresses
  • Refer to the UC Hastings is now UC Law SF communication for more information about the name change

There is a new e-course in the UC Learning Center called, “Gender Recognition & Lived Name: An introduction to gender awareness.” This e-course introduces users to terms and concepts related to gender and nonbinary identities, as well as best practices for name, pronoun, and title usage. The e-course content was adapted from UC San Diego’s “Gender Recognition: A Focus on transgender, nonbinary and intersex awareness.” Contact your UC Learning Center contacts if you have any questions

Effective July 25, 2023, an updated Disability Self-Identification form will be available to UC employees via UCPath self-service and to applicants via Candidate Gateway
